ENDESA (Enel) - New design for sustainable Enel Primary Substation

The purpose of this challenge is the creation of new sustainable architectural concepts dedicated to primary substations. The primary goal of the challenge is the creation of a sustainable architectonic modular system that allows a high degree of versatility and replicability, a necessary requirement to adapt the buildings and architectural elements to the different contexts of use present in the territory. This system must be able to house all the required electrical equipments of the Primary Substations and at the same time shall improve the visual, functional and spatial impact of these installations and their surrounding areas. The proposed strategy of intervention must be innovative and focused on the key concept that is leading this transition of Enel towards a sustainable business model: the Grid Futurability.

ENDESA (Enel) - Innovative technologies to recover Secondary Raw Materials from End-of-Life PV Modules

Enel Green Power (EGP) is looking for the best – from a sustainability, effectiveness, and cost perspective – available technology or process to recover SRM, focusing on Silicon, Indium, Silver and Copper, from End-of-Life PV modules, in order to define a proper sustainable business chain, under a circular economy perspective. The solution shall be applicable in the most relevant countries in which Enel Green Power is developing its business and business cases shall consider local rules and logistic issues. Submissions must address the following Solution Requirements. The solution must: be cost-effective, targeting operating costs in the order of magnitude of 100 €/ton of waste treated and take into account the total cost of recycling (life cycle analysis, LCA) compared to the actual recycling process; be a process targeting zero waste (recycle and reuse 100%); not produce pollutants (or must reduce pollutants compared to the standard process) that could have a negative effect ....

Presenta tu propuesta: http://bizkaiaok.eus/es/reto/como-garantizar-la-autonomia-y-bienestar-de-las-personas-mayores-en-el-hogar-aprovechando-las-capacidades-de-segurma-ofreciendo-una-solucion-no-intrusiva-y-de-actuacion-en-tiempo-real/

MONDELĒZ INTERNATIONAL: PLANT BASED INGREDIENTS WITH BROAD APPLICABILITY

We are looking for clean label, plant-based ingredients with real and authentic credentials including taste, texture and appearance (example - fruit and vegetables, grains and seeds legumes, beans, roots, super fruits). KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA High quality nutritional value and properties Consumer friendly label Consumer acceptable color, taste and texture Preference will be for commercially available / ready to deploy solutions

MONDELĒZ INTERNATIONAL: POSITIVE NUTRITION AND FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENT

Ingredients that can support fortification, functionality or positive nutritional benefits are of interest. KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA Ingredients that boost health credentials - Health (hard and/or soft) claims for metabolic markers, immunity, gut health, cognitive performance, edible beauty, etc; Ingredient technologies that enable the reduction of sodium, sugar, saturated fat Applicability to our mainstream product matrices (e.g. biscuits, chocolate, chocobakery, gums & candies, and when possible, powdered beverages); Suitable to use in different geographies (regulation) Preference for consumer-friendly ingredients Preference will be for commercially available / ready to deploy solutions

MONDELĒZ INTERNATIONAL: LABEL FRIENDLY BULKING AGENTS

Natural alternatives to substitute for sugar (including sweetening systems as sugar/hybrid sugar + artificial high intensity), to create an end product as close as possible to the sensorial profile and functionality of the standard product made with sugar. KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA Shelf stable Not labelled as sugar across geographies; Lower calorie value (max 2.5 kcal/g) and lower glycemic index compared to sucrose; Non-laxating clean label; Sustainable sourcing (preferred)

MONDELĒZ INTERNATIONAL: HIGHLY AVAILABLE AND AFFORDABLE ALTERNATIVES TO PALM KERNEL OIL

We are looking for alternatives to Palm Kernel Oil which are not considered premium fats and have a potentially fully scalable supply chain. Can be a single drop in replacement or a blend of ingredients to cover the full functionality of the Palm oils currently used. KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA Oils that can mimic sensory (texture, melting), physical (melting point, etc.) and chemical properties (fatty acids profile that impacts processing). (Latter is discretionary, others are mandatory) Cost advantaged compared to premium fats as coconut oil ( at least 20 % min) Not to be classed by consumers as "ultra-processed" foods. Must be seen as sustanabile (free for the associations Palm has with deforestation etc.)

MONDELĒZ INTERNATIONAL: STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGIES FOR MONITORING AND MEASUREMENT OF CROP HEALTH AND YIELD

nnovative methods and tools for continuous, in-season monitoring and measurement of cocoa tree health status and yield to inform pre-emptive actions to limit tree damage or yield loss and allow for efficient use of resources. KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA Technology proven in similar crops and preferably tropical climates. Should have Proof-of-concept data / ready to deploy solutions. Clear description of technology and how it works. Able to survive tough environmental conditions Environmentally friendly. Scalable.

MONDELĒZ INTERNATIONAL: SOLUBLE & INSOLUBLE FIBERS WITHOUT DIGESTIVE INTOLERANCE

We are looking to identify innovative soluble and insoluble fibers that can be used as bulking agents in various food and snack formats to allow for reduction of sugars, fats and other ingredients to develop lower calorie great tasting lower sugar or fat products. KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA Food appropriate (microbiological & toxins) Non-laxating, clean label – with usage levels of at least 20g/day Single molecule ingredientes (for soluble fibers) Lower calorie than sugar (<2.5 kcal/g) Insoluble particles that less than 30 microns.

Mondelēz International: SUSTAINABLE METHODS FOR REDUCING THE AMOUNT AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF AGRO-CHEMICALS ON KEY CROPS
