Traffic engineers have to go through tedious, time-consuming and error-prone process of cross-referencing for traffic control plans (TCPs) and drawings (~400 plans/month) reviews and approvals. Through this challenge statement, it is in hope to improve efficiency of review and approval by 20%. The Desired Outcome: - Proposed solution should be able to review more than 400 TCPs per month; - Open to review solution providers’ commercial plan - Solution should be developed and ready for commercial deployment by 2023 - Solution provider to include prosed business/commercial model(s) of the solution in the proposal

Non-Singapore registered business entities, IHLs, and RIs may partner a Singapore start-up or SME that fulfils criteria to stand the chance to benefit from up to S$2 million in co-funding grant support at various stages from prototype, deployment to adoption.
