Implementar un sistema de simulación avanzada y gemelo digital de Sevilla TechPark que represente dinámicamente el comportamiento del parque en distintos escenarios de uso, ocupación, eventos predeterminados y situaciones de emergencia. Los servicios de simulación se apoyarán en un gemelo digital del parque que será una herramienta clave para la planificación estratégica, la monitorización, la simulación y la toma de decisiones para los gestores el parque.

Desarrollar una plataforma robusta y segura para el almacenamiento, gestión y preprocesamiento de datos urbanos generados por la infraestructura digital de Sevilla TechPark. Esta plataforma debe permitir la ingesta de datos en tiempo real, su modelado semántico, trazabilidad, versionado y acceso multiusuario, facilitando la explotación analítica posterior mediante motores de inteligencia artificial y simulación. Su finalidad es establecer y proporcionar capacidades predictivas y prescriptivas que optimicen la toma de decisiones en ámbitos como la movilidad, la seguridad, la energía y la gestión de emergencias.
