We are looking for alternatives to Palm Kernel Oil which are not considered premium fats and have a potentially fully scalable supply chain. Can be a single drop in replacement or a blend of ingredients to cover the full functionality of the Palm oils currently used. KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA Oils that can mimic sensory (texture, melting), physical (melting point, etc.) and chemical properties (fatty acids profile that impacts processing). (Latter is discretionary, others are mandatory) Cost advantaged compared to premium fats as coconut oil ( at least 20 % min) Not to be classed by consumers as "ultra-processed" foods. Must be seen as sustanabile (free for the associations Palm has with deforestation etc.)

We are looking to identify innovative soluble and insoluble fibers that can be used as bulking agents in various food and snack formats to allow for reduction of sugars, fats and other ingredients to develop lower calorie great tasting lower sugar or fat products. Enel Green Power is looking for new tools and techniques aimed at improving the albedo in solar installations. These solutions could be applied at different stages throughout a project’s life cycle, from early design, through the construction of new plants and the operation of existing ones. The proposals should include technological and non-technological solutions for increasing the ratio of solar light reflected by the ground and the surroundings of the plant, both for land and floating PV plants. Viable solutions must be applicable to plants in different geographical areas, including LATAM, North America, South Europe and APAC, without interfering with plant operation and maintenance activities.
